Introduction The Turn Around Scholarship Fund exists to support graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated the ability to overcome significant challenges and turn their lives around. Awards are made possible by the generosity of community supporters. Community Supporters This scholarship is funded by contributions from: Gladys E.
