Dear Student, You are invited to apply for scholarships offered by the Nisei Student Relocation Commemorative Fund (NSRCF). About the Fund The NSRCF was established in 1980 by Nisei—second-generation Japanese Americans—who had been incarcerated in U.S. concentration camps during World War II. During that period, the National Japanese American Student Relocation Council helped approximately 4,600 Nisei college students leave the camps to continue their studies. The NSRCF honors those efforts by supporting the education of subsequent generations.
