WSADA Bright Future Scholarship

Introduction
The Washington State Auto Dealers Association (WSADA), representing franchised new car and truck dealerships, actively invests in education and workforce development. Since launching the Bright Future Scholarship in 2008, WSADA has awarded more than $275,000 to 102 students across Washington through 2025. Franchised dealers in the state employ over 22,000 people in 70 communities and are encouraged to hire locally as students complete training programs.
WSADA Bright Future Scholarship — 2026
WSADA will present nine (9) scholarships of $3,000 each to individuals who are either currently enrolled in or plan to enroll in an automotive technology program in Washington State. A complete list of eligible training programs and schools can be found at www.wsada.org/training-locations.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be enrolled in, or intending to enroll in, an automotive technology program located in Washington State.
- Scholarship winners are selected from applicants who meet the program requirements; please consult the WashBoard.org listing for any additional criteria.
Application process
The 2026 Bright Future Scholarship is open. Applications can be filed electronically at theWashBoard.org (search for “Franchised New Car and Truck Dealers”) or submitted by mail.
