Eligibility
Applicants must be Massachusetts residents enrolled in an accredited Survey Certificate Program, either online or in person. Candidates must have completed at least three credit hours in the certificate program and be formally accepted into the program. Applications must include a completed and signed application form, a letter of recommendation from a qualified sponsor, and an official transcript of available grades sent to the MALSCE Education Trust Chair.
Eligibility: Enrollment in an accredited survey certificate program, Massachusetts residency, minimum coursework completed, and required documentation submitted.

Sponsor Requirements
Letters of recommendation must come from a sponsor who has personal knowledge of the applicant and holds an authorized role such as department head, dean, professor, teacher, or the applicant’s employer. Friends and relatives are not acceptable as sponsors, and the Trustees will not accept recommendations from unauthorized individuals. The sponsor is responsible for forwarding the completed application and their letter of recommendation to the MALSCE Education Trust Chair by the stated deadline.

Application Process and Timeline
