Recipients of automatic scholarships are notified through their admission letter. Scholarships will be made visible in the Student Center three weeks after an admissions decision has been reached. See the ‘Student Type’ section at the top of this page for scholarship dates and deadlines specific to your student type.
To maximize your opportunities for additional funding, be sure to complete the FAFSA and the Boise State scholarship application. See steps three and four for more information.
Step Three: Complete the FAFSA
The fall priority deadline is February 15 and the spring priority deadline is October 1 for both the FAFSA and Federal Student Aid Estimator.
The last day to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2025-2026 academic year is June 30, 2025, but the sooner you complete the FAFSA the sooner you will be evaluated for aid.
