The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), together with the Enterprise Mobility Foundation, will provide financial support to exceptional students enrolled at TMCF member institutions, including publicly supported Historically Black Community Colleges (HBCCs). For the 2026–2027 academic year, thirty-four HBCC scholars will be chosen to receive a need-based award of up to $1,500 each.
