Overview The Annie T. Randall Innovator Award was created to honor emerging leaders in statistics from any employment sector and with any level of formal education. Named for Annie T. Randall — a Black woman whose groundbreaking work in government during a time of widespread racial discrimination made her a lasting role model — the prize celebrates individuals whose creativity and perseverance mirror her legacy. In February 2021 our family suffered an unexpected and profound loss when our brother John died. He left behind an enormous gap in the lives of those who loved him. John was a devoted brother, a caring and thoughtful son, a proud father and papa, and a much-loved nephew, cousin, friend, and colleague. Overview Applicants must submit a completed application and required documents by February 17, 2025. Proof of acceptance to an accredited Historically Black College or University (HBCU) is also required; acceptance letters may be sent later, through April 11, 2025.
